Shuttle Schedule
The shuttle will arrive at Porta San Marco @3:30pm (5 minute walk from Hotel Palazzo Ravizza), and will then stop at Hotel Italia Siena @3:45pm.
Please be mindful of these times. As we are not collecting information on where guests are staying, we cannot provide the shuttle service with a count or list of whom to expect; therefore the drivers will not know if guests are missing and you are quite likely to be left behind if you arrive late.
For returning to Siena, we will have shuttles depart at 10:15pm, 11:30pm, 1:00am and 2:00am. These shuttles will stop at both pick-up locations.
How do we get to the venue?
We encourage all guests to utilize the provided shuttle service. Alternatively, there is ample parking available on site for guests who prefer to drive.
What time is the Ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please note this time, as it may differ from that listed on the your mailed invitation.
What is Black-Tie Optional Attire?
Dress to impress! Our wedding is Black-Tie Optional, meaning that women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear tuxedos, or a dark colored suit and tie. Inspiration photos can be found in the Attire section of the website.
Please refrain from wearing white or cream colored clothing.
When Should I RSVP By?
The deadline to RSVP is March 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, it will automatically be marked as 'no.' We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I Bring a Plus One?
No. In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, their name or the phrase "and guest" will appear when you RSVP.
Are children invited?
No. While we love your little ones, our wedding is strictly an adults-only occasion.
What is the weather like in May in Siena, Italy?
Beautiful! On average, one can expect the temperature to be in the high 70s during the day with evenings in the mid 50s. Due to the cooler evenings, we encourage our guests to bring a shawl or a light jacket.
With the sun shining, the ceremony and reception will take place outside. If it rains, the venue has a covered indoor area where all events will take place.
